On line access to the California comparable sales reports and title information reports is a quarterly paid fee of $300 for retailers and realtors, $450 for appraisers, and $1200 for lenders. We offer a 5% discount if you pre-pay for the service for one year. The 5% discount can also apply for service renewals for one year.
